Why are black women twenty times more likely than white women to get HIV? These are just some of the questions we’ve asked Dr. Eugene McCray to address. As the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention, Dr. McCray leads the CDC’s response to slow, and eventually end, the transmission of HIV through the implementation of high-impact prevention in the U.S.
